About LaShounn
I share the lifestyle I live.
Hello, I am LaShounn Stevenson, BSN, RN, RNC-OB, C-EFM. I have spent 17+ years in nursing, most of it on a Labor & Delivery floor where the work is fast, physical, and emotionally heavy. The lifestyle I share here is the one I built for myself after years of 12-hour shifts, missed meals, broken sleep, and pretending caffeine was a meal plan.
My day usually starts with my morning wellness stack, then a tall glass of water, and protein with real food before anything else. Coffee is a slower, calmer cup of decaf when I want one, not a daily crutch. I walk most days, lift heavy enough to feel strong, eat in a way I can sustain whether I am working 7a to 7p or 7p to 7a, and treat sleep as non-negotiable. That is the lifestyle I live, and the one I gladly pour into anyone who needs the motivation to keep showing up every single day.
I am a woman of faith, a wife, and a mother. I show up here because I have lived the burnout, the inflammation, the brain fog, and the slow climb back. There are no shortcuts here, only honest information, encouragement, and the wellness habits that have carried me through some of my hardest shifts. My goal is to motivate every person who finds this page, on shift, at home, in the gym, or on the long days when life is running on too little sleep and too much pressure, to build a body and a mind they can actually trust.

NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach
I am actively completing my NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach credentials. Until those are in hand, I do not provide personal training or one-on-one nutrition coaching. I share wellness education, motivation, and the lifestyle habits I live by. Founding-client coaching will open the moment those credentials are official.
